McPherson Place – an exemplary model of urban residential development and a unique approach to "Attainable Home Ownership!"
Currently in the early stages of construction, McPherson Place is an urban residential development located in “The Bridges” area in the community of Bridgeland-Riverside, Calgary. This project provides 160 studio, one and two bedroom units, as well as commercial and community space on the ground level and full underground parking. McPherson Place has front patios and entrance doors directly to the street for all units at grade, in keeping with the guidelines for “The Bridges” area redevelopment project, which was designed by the City of Calgary as an urban village providing residents with retail stores, direct access to public transit, parks, recreational amenities, and a pedestrian-friendly environment. In addition, McPherson place incorporates a significant level of sustainable initiatives, from site planning considerations to building systems. The project provides a unique approach to “Attainable Home Ownership,” with a commitment to innovative design solutions and a qualitative focus on construction.
