The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and facilities duties in support of the Office Manager and other Senior Management members. The individual will perform standard receptionist duties in addition to more complex administrative and facilities functions/services such as preparing documentation, arranging travel plans, maintaining the corporate filing system and communication with third party providers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong organizational and time management skills, and extensive knowledge of Windows-based software systems/Microsoft Office products.
A Diploma in Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible office experience required.
