The challenge of creating a focal point for the redevelopment of Victoria Park was answered with the design of three high-rise residential towers. The first glass tower is complemented by an adaptive reuse of two historic structures: a sandstone school which was transformed into an office building and a wood bungalow school, which was converted to a restaurant within a lush urban garden. The tower's brick and limestone podium contains 54,000 ft2 high-end retail and commercial space, revitalizing the neighbourhood.
