Unlike most boutique hotels, Le Germain Calgary includes an office complex and private residences. Similar in size and shape, but offset by their exterior finishing, the hotel and office form the building’s base. The penthouse residences bridge the two components, staggering above large green roof terraces, one of the building's green technologies. On street level, public art will play an integral part in Le Germain’s final appearance. This project was designed in collaboration with Lemay Michaud Architects.
