Scope of Services
Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design
Situated on 40 acres in northwest Calgary, this four phase grocery and big box anchored shopping centre is a gateway development for the growing community. Particular consideration was paid to reduce the visual impact and massing of buildings adjacent to West Nose Creek. Design features include articulated entrances, canopies, pilasters and decorative lighting components. Pedestrian access is enhanced through a series of pathways connecting the site with surrounding public thoroughfares.
